MINISTRIES
 
1. Encourage Home Mission Work
  • The Board will serve as coordinator and facilitator in church planting work
  • The Baptist New Work Fund will assist churches in planting churches effort.
2. Support East Malaysia Mission Work
  • Encouraging the West Malaysia churches to adopt missionaries of Sabah Baptist Association and Sarawak Home Mission Board 
3. Introducing Church Partnership Program
  • To assist the small churches and churches without a pastor.
4. Overseas Mission Work
  • The Board will coordinate with National Baptist churches and in partnership with international mission bodies to evangelize the un-reached people groups

CURRENT MISSION PROJECT
 
"Word of God" Project II
This project aims to rise RM40,000 to place 2,000 copies of Bibles in the hands of believers in Central Asia. Many believers here in Malaysia has more then one copy of Bibles in their home while many believers still do not own even one. Your partnership in this project will help place a Bible in 2000 homes.


Gift of Hope Project
There are many women in Central Asia that are greatly disadvantaged due to circumstances beyond their control as well as poverty. This project aims to place in the hands of women a mean by which they may break the poverty bondage. Will you come along side MBC in providing a gift of Hope? Our target is to place 100 sewing machine at the total cost of RM40,000.


Extending A Helping Hand
Baptist workers in the field need your support to send enable them to continue the work that the Lord has called them to do. Within Malaysia as well as outside of the country. The Convention are seeking partners that would come alongside the workers to help keep them in the field. Monthly support of RM200/- a month can help support a worker in Nepal and RM500/- a month can help provide the basic need of one worker in Sarawak.
 

Myanmar Commission
There are many Myanmar people that are here in Malaysia either working here or just passing through in their effort to escape from persecution. These people are in need of a friendly hand and the Convention are looking into how to assist them. Through the partnership of various Baptist Churches, we aim to provide a platform by which Baptist Churches may come together to reach out to fellow believers as well as those who have yet to know Christ, in love.

For accountability, all financial support are to be make out to MALAYSIA BAPTIST CONVENTION and send to the Convention office earmarked for the respective mission work.
